Code of Conduct
Prometeon Tyre Group Code of Conduct sets forth company best practices and behaviors, in compliance with laws and regulations in force in the Countries where the Group operates, to prevent situations which could potentially result in commitment of crimes. Behaviors best practices define “do’s” and “don’ts”
Organisational Model "231"
The Organization and Management Model is a document provided for by Legislative Decree 231/2001 and it is part of Prometeon Tyre Group supervisory infrastructure. The Model is a key guide for employees and third parties with the aim to prevent crimes and malpractices. The implementation of the Model “231” is monitored by the supervisory board of the Group
Whistleblowing Procedure
The Group provides its shareholders, employees, suppliers, customers and stakeholders with a channel to report events which could directly or indirectly cause economic, financial or reputational damage to Prometeon Group companies, such as acts or omissions which constitute or may constitute a breach or inducement to violate laws and/or regulations, principles of Prometeon Tyre Group, Code of Ethics or its policies. The Report can be anonymous
UN Global Compact
Prometeon Tyre Group adheres to the United Nations Global Compact, an initiative involving 25,493 companies across 167 countries that promotes the adoption of shared principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption. The application of the Ten Principles of the Global Compact translates into the integration of sustainability criteria within policies, procedures, and operational practices. This approach enables Prometeon Tyre Group to manage its social and environmental responsibilities in a structured manner and to contribute, in the medium-to-long term, to progress toward the SDGs by 2030.

Prometeon has a confidential and multilingual digital platform allowing employees, customers, suppliers and other external stakeholders to raise concerns they may have about unethical, inappropriate or illegal behaviour. All concerns raised are properly assessed and investigated by the functions duly identified within the company.
